On November 14th The RIC GCSE Photography students went on a trip to London to visit the Cecil Beaton exhibition and 1930s fashion exhibit at the Fashion and Textiles Museum in London as part of their coursework project. They were also encouraged to take photographs of the urban environment for their Art & Design project.
First we visited Rochester Castle for a quick run through of camera settings and how to shoot an environmental portrait, and then off to the train station where more photography took place in the early morning light.
After the exhibition we visited the Embankment at Tower Bridge to take advantage of our time in London and saw the cannons mark time outside the Tower of London.
A pretty eventful day!
